Christian Spiritual Direction
Christian spiritual direction helps you discover direction in relation to God by:
- Reviewing your current state of being and your understanding of God’s will and purpose.
- Considering your personal history in the world and in relationship to God.
- Discovering godly answers to the struggles and need for growth of the heart.
- Providing tools and practices to deeply connect your whole life to the creator God.

Pastoral Counseling
Pastoral counseling is issue specific in nature and is set up in 5-7 sessions of intensive examination and redirection of your most pressing need in life.
It glances back, understands what has developed and strategically and prayerfully moves into a plan for growth.
Both christian spiritual direction and pastoral counseling require you to actively engage in examination, homework and commitment to godly change.

Meet Karen
After being associated with Community Bible Study for 19 years in various capacities and roles, and after doing my part in raising our three children, I believe that God has urged me to get more training for full-time ministry. I am so grateful for all of the life experience the Lord has given me to help me grow and learn.
